One-time purchases

You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel, in accordance with EU consumer law. The product must be returned sealed and unopened. Return shipping is at your cost unless the product was defective or incorrect. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return, via the original payment method.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days at €59.00.

You can cancel at any time by logging into your account or emailing hello@revitacharge.com. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date. Orders already processed and dispatched cannot be refunded.

No cancellation fees apply.

Defective or incorrect products

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@revitacharge.com with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
